Subscription-Based Services

Web4Realtor offers subscription plans for website hosting, support, and other recurring services. These services are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

No Refunds for Partial Periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused time.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice by emailing us at info.web4realtor@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Auto-Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

One-Time Services (Setup, Design, Custom Development)

Fees paid for one-time services such as website setup, custom development, design, or integrations are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been completed. These services require dedicated time and resources, and as such, are not eligible for refunds.

Service Issues or Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you are dissatisfied with a service provided, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge or service delivery.

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Our goal is to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Web4Realtor to resolve the issue may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. We encourage clients to reach out to us directly at info.web4realtor@gmail.com to resolve any concerns.
